You don%26#039;t need a domain to host on the internet. You need a webserver that can get a proper bandwidth from your ISP. They just connect to your IP.

What a domain actually does is serve as a easy memorable link to your computer that just connects to the IP. If you have your own webserver (that allows incoming and outgoing traffic) then you can host it.
