How can I use Domain?

Hi guys, I am beginner and want to know how I can use it XD

so For example, if I register a domain, say.... www.rockmanxx.com

And I have create the website and linked everything with oracle database etc...

so now my computer host as a server and just want to know....

if I register a domain, how can it link to my index page on my computer? (or it is not that simple?)
