I got ripped off by an oline retailer ( directbuyvideo.com) unfortunately I used a debit card, so I can%26#039;t dispute the charges. Now I need to find the Name and address of the web domain owner, so I can file charges. How do you obtain this kind of Information, either thru the BBB or Hosting Company?

Log on to a domain name service provider such as godaddy.com. Then input the name of the retailer%26#039;s domain. Then run a whois search.
