I know how to write HTML, but theres a man that wants me to make a website or two for his %26quot;adult%26quot; website. The website will need to have a paypal link for people to pay for their memberships. Since he has already purchased his domain name (I think he has), what are the steps I need to go about doing to create and maintain this website for him? If I need to find a hosting site, could you recommend any for me? (something that has reasonable pricing, yet not something like yahoo domains that makes you use one of their templates, or has any other types of restrictions like that)? Could somebody help me out please?

I have been in the adult website business for 10+ years, so here%26#039;s some advice. . . .
1. You can%26#039;t use paypal for adult services, including websites. I have been down that road. It will work for a few months, When you account is nice and juicy. They will limit your access, freeze your account, take half of your money for account fees and hold the other half for 6 months. If you need a good processor for an adult site, go to http://www.ccbill.com
2. Make sure your host allows adult content. There is nothing worse that not reading the fin print and having your site deleted after a week. go to http://www.actionhosts.com - I use them for about 90% of my sites. Many, many, many options.

If all you know is simple HTML, you are in way above your head. You will need logins, passwords, a way of keeping track, etc. and paypal doesn%26#039;t allow adult websites. I suggest he checks out something like http://ccbill.com/

Other Replys:You may know exactly what you are doing but.... I think it is kinda strange that a guy asks a girl to make an adult webpage. especially if you aren%26#039;t a professional programmer. He may be getting off on the whole idea of some girl having to look at whatever he provides for her or you reactions to it.
