Both of these sites allow you to host for free and does not have any advertisement pop ups like those provided by geocities. Once you have your site registed, your can give away free email addresses to your visitors. However, you would have to set them up manually.

Other Replys:usually you buy the domains but there are attachments that you can make. finding a free hosting shouldnt be too hard, just type in free webhosting in google and you get a whole bunch.
