(AFAIK, blogger.com, suggested by another answer, does NOT give free domains, only blogging assistance. Some of the other suggestions apparently don%26#039;t understand the difference between a domain registration and Web hosting. Sigh.) But Yahoo.com has been running a special recently (I think it is still on) for $3.95 for a year. If that special is over, GoDaddy.com has domain registration for about $7.99 a year.
