nope, the online way your going to get your own domain is if you buy it, its not that much around 5-10 bucks? and then hosting you also have to pay for (monthly or yearly or whatever) the only way you can get it for free is if you find someone that hosts people and tehy will give you a sub domain which is like http://yourname.sitename.com so something like that
