Ok, I made a site and the budget was $0. I got free hosting with lots of space and a domain name free. I downloaded %26quot;WebDwarf%26quot; and went to freehostia.com. I used the FTP function to edit the site using %26quot;WebDwarf%26quot; and the registered a free domain name at: freedomains.co.nr.

I live in Nigeria and i have hosted a website. I hosted using the yahoo. You open the yahoo page and then click on web hosting it is situated on the left side of the page some where near the bottom.
You have to choose the type of service that you want and the cost implications. next you need a credit card which you will use to pay for the service. i hope it works for you. good luck
