How to setup an internet domain on my own server.?

I have my own domain i purchased and would like to host it using my own server (running Windows Server 2003). I would like to run it all by myself and not have to rely on any third parties for anything, even a dns host. I have a dynamic IP but can upgrade to static without a problem. Can someone please explain the steps I need to take or point me to a DETAILED guide on the internet, (I looked but could not find one)

When Server 03 1%26#039;st boots, it should display a server config wizard, this will allow you to add a role to your server, this is your gateway to setting your server to perform the functions you require.

I heavily suggest you read manuals, help files and vist micro$ofts msdn archives

Here%26#039;s a few step-by-steps. Some are for Linux, but the basic idea is the same for Windows and Linux.

Other Replys:I just posted instructions a couple of days ago. For VPN client, use instructions from university links already on search engine. I started with the 2003 server side. You can find it in the posted yahoo questions. I don%26#039;t have a blog set up, so I posted the instructions as a question. It is really FYI. Look for my instructions posted under Steve E. Hope they help and save you time. They are fairly straightforward.
