i am using new blogger and custom domains... at godaddy I deleted my A host record and edited my Cname record to point to ghs.google.com as directed. Everything is working fine for www.flash-fitness.com ... i verified with the metatag but when I try to choose preferred domain... i get a dns error. any help?

Because ghs.google.com is not an DNS server. You cannot point the domain to a free Google page by changing the DNS. You need to use something like DNStogo.
