search http://www.internic.net/. in the end it doesn%26#039;t matter much. your domain/ip will be replicated to all name servers all over the world.

The one I used a couple times is tera-byte. I%26#039;m sure there are others that are cheaper, I just haven%26#039;t really taken the time to look.
