not sure if you can %26quot;upload%26quot; to both domains at once but you could just redirect one domain to the other domain. Might be easier to manage that way.

For hosting a webpage you nedd the following things
1. Webserver application ( MS IIS,Apache.....etc)
2. Put the page in the application wepage directoy( once you install the webserver appl.its easy to find)
3. I guess you have mapped your domain name to the Static IP, now u check browising that ip from the same system to which it is assigned using I explorer. All the best.

it would be best to transfer your domain name before nuking your current account.
go get the new account set it up and transfer the domain name then nuke your account with go daddy
